The Howard Street corridor is slated for revitalization. An artist co-op has been approved to occupy three of the adjacent buildings on either side of the Howard and Franklin Street intersection. This small work is part of a bank of murals surrounding the construction site. The mural was created as a class project with the T.W.I.G.S. program at the Baltimore School for the Arts. |
